For account access, playback, downloads, payments or a broken page, include your account email and the song or page URL. Never send your password or mobile money PIN.

3. Copyright and rights
Email support@mpabeat.com with the subject "Copyright notice" for infringement notices, or "Copyright counter-notice" for a response. See the Copyright and Takedown Policy for the information to include.
Creators with catalogue, pricing or payout questions can use the creator studio or email with the subject "Creator support".
4. Privacy and data requests
Email support@mpabeat.com with the subject "Data request" to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Office in Uganda.
5. Payments and refunds
Email support@mpabeat.com with the subject "Refund request" or "Payment issue". Include the transaction reference, amount, provider and date. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Payment Policy.
6. Complaints and escalation
Tell us what happened and what outcome you want. We will acknowledge, investigate and aim to resolve within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, ask for the complaint to be escalated to a manager.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Office (privacy), the Uganda Registration Services Bureau or UPRS (copyright and collective management), the relevant consumer protection authority, or the courts of Uganda.
