4. Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@mpabeat.com with the subject "Security" and enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access other people's data, disrupt the service, or publish the issue before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it.
We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows this paragraph, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Copyright complaints
Copyright and neighbouring-right complaints are handled under the Copyright and Takedown Policy. Send notices to support@mpabeat.com with the subject "Copyright notice".
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, withhold payouts under investigation, or terminate access. We consider the seriousness, repetition, harm and evidence.
Where practical, we explain the action and give the account holder a chance to respond. We may act immediately where there is a risk to a person, a child, a rights holder or the security of the service.
We cooperate with lawful requests from the Uganda Police, courts, URSB and other competent authorities.
7. Reporting
Report abuse to support@mpabeat.com with the subject "Abuse report". Include the URL, a description, screenshots if helpful, and your contact details. Do not send passwords or mobile money PINs.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the Uganda Police emergency services first.
8. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was wrong, reply to the notice or email support@mpabeat.com within 14 days. Explain what happened and include any evidence. A different reviewer will look at the decision where practicable.
Appeals do not suspend a legal obligation or a court order.
